Middle School Recruiting Letter

Dear ____,
I am the head athletic trainer at RHS and, as in the past, the athletic training staff  organizes a middle school recruiting trip to each of the middle schools.  This email is intended to provide you with more information and the specific requests that we have.  Below are the details of what we would like to do in regards to our annual junior high visit:

Josh (head athletic trainer at BHS) and myself (head athletic trainer at RHS) select a handful of students from each of our programs and visit each middle school campus during 8th grade lunches in an attempt to promote and educate students about our program and how they can be involved.
We have worked with staff in the past to select a day that is not a testing day for the high school or the middle school.  We also would prefer to not come on a day in which another program is visiting, such as PALS.  Also, the date of our visit should be set well before schedules are 'set' for the students' freshman year.
Current available dates for our visit include:
<insert available dates here>
Once a date is set, we would appreciate any advertising that you would consider such as in your campus's video announcements.
Please let me know if you need any further information.  I appreciate your time and I look forward to hearing back from you regarding our visit!
Sincerely,
Jamie K. Woodall LAT, ATC
